This month, we encourage entering the New Year within your tribe with a gratitude practice. Studies show that practicing gratitude is associated with greater happiness, better physical health, a positive attitude towards challenges, and stronger relationships (Harvard Health Publishing, 2021).
To deepen your gratitude practice, consider these questions:
1. Looking back on 2023, what am I grateful for in myself and others?
2. What am I thankful for in my tribe members?
You can explore this practice more deeply in a quarterly feedback session or weave it into your regular tribe meetings, asking questions like, “What am I grateful for right now/this week?”
